The 35th Annual Polar Bear surf comp at Sandy Bay over the weekend as a huge success, well done to all involved both in and out of the water, it was great to catch up with all the local surf legends and their families, with great waves and good weather ya could not ask for more, Mike C.

The Polar Bear surf comp is set down for this weekend, the 35th time this event has run, amazing work by all involved especially Mal and Simon Eggington, looking forward to checking some of the action out tomorrow, Mike C.

This coming weekend is set to be a biggie, on Saturday the 35th Annual Polar Bear Surf Comp is on at Sandy Bay and on Sunday The BBS Annual Mid-Winter Festival of Surfing is on at Waipu Cove, two fantastic events, jam packed weekend of surfing fun, Mike C.
