Very Important Paipo: When my Dad passed away I gathered up a whole pile of timber from his shed, there was a slab of Taraire that was rough sawn, full of splits, knots and was filthy dirty and I nearly chucked it out, I have hung on to it for the past 10 years and last week decided to see if I could make something special out of it, this is the result, a 4'8-1/2'' x 16-3/4'' x 15-1/2'' x 3/4'' Paipo, I have filled the splits with an Epoxy glue and have to do a bit more fine sanding, but I am really proud of it, I reckon he would be too, Mike C.
